Luke has gone above and beyond for myself and my wife. After my wives previous car gave up on her it was a race to find something to fit we came across LRH Cars. So after a bit of online research I decided to drop them a line about a car I had seen on auto trader, within a few mins I had booked a test drive and Luke answered all my questions and even sorted out everything before collecting it. I personally set very high expectations for a used car and Luke has reached and even exceeded these levels. Even assisted in setting up the warranty for the car. 100% communication at all times. After researching heavily I found the perfect car at LRH Cars, a used Ford Focus. I had great communication with Luke the owner, all questions answered promptly and politely. Arranged an Appt to View and had a good long drive and was so impressed with condition and paperwork I bought the car. Came back a few days later after a final inspection collected car with a new MOT on it (they even replaced a tyre as must have picked up a puncture on test drive) So impressed I would consider allowing them to source me a car when my partners car is due in a few months (once she figures out what she wants). Great Company, Great Personal Service and would use again no complaints.

I communicated with Luke for several days before making an appointment to drive out, the level of personal and detailed service he provides was exceptional. Modern, personal touch dealers like this are the antidote to the high volume, cash grab car supermarkets who cut corners for profit. He sent over extensive dealer service history, car history and the vehicle had an inside and out with restored wheels, main dealer service etc as if his own. We decided after chatting and test driving to not go for that vehicle due to a change in our needs and he continued to help and advise afterwards on our future purchase. Highly recommend.
